BUG描述:	playrunrobot个人机器人触发无效
BUG重现方式:	robot.txt 写入 playrunrobot 1 playrunrobot.txt 写入#autorun NPC sec 5 @测试时间到了无法触发 robotmanahe.txt 下的 @测试
修复后应达到的效果:	robot.txt 写入 playrunrobot 1 playrunrobot.txt 写入#autorun NPC sec 5 @测试时间到了应该触发 robotmanahe.txt 下的 @测试
